New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), the private group managing Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), today debuted its brand-new Mezzanine Food Hall at Terminal 3, offering travelers an early glimpse of the ongoing upgrade at the country’s main entry point.
Covering 6,000 square meters on the mezzanine level, the Food Hall gathers a wide selection of local and international dining options, aimed at enhancing the pre-flight experience for passengers.

Also launching today are 9 new outlets: Kenny Rogers, Seattle’s Best Coffee, LA Chicks, Paris Baguette, KFC, Chili’s, Nanyang, BreadTalk, and JCO Reserve.

An additional eleven dining spots are set to open shortly, including Angel’s Pizza, Banapple, Chowking, Mama Lou’s, Marugame Udon, Mary Grace, Modern Shang, Pancake House, Popeyes, UCC, and Watami. Estrel’s and Sans Rival will also introduce their own kiosks, completing the full lineup of the Mezzanine Food Hall.

“The new Food Hall reflects our commitment to making travel through NAIA more comfortable and convenient for passengers,” stated NNIC President Ramon S. Ang. “While we improve systems to boost airport efficiency, we are also transforming the spaces passengers interact with and enjoy.”

By the end of the year, NAIA plans to open an All-Filipino Food Hall and a Food Village—both in Terminal 3—showcasing local brands, regional flavors, and family-friendly dining spaces.

Beyond Terminal 3, more food halls and eateries are planned for Terminals 1 and 2, part of NNIC’s larger vision to make NAIA more passenger-focused, efficient, and globally competitive, while supporting Filipino enterprises and creating new opportunities in the local tourism and hospitality industries.

NNIC continues to roll out more improvements to allow easy, comfortable and safe passage through the country’s primary gateway to the world.
