As Formula 1 excitement grips Singapore, Porsche is celebrating its storied racing heritage while laying the groundwork for a major regional landmark. From October 9 to 11, 2026, the German sports car manufacturer is hosting Raceborn Fest—a free, public multi-day festival staged at Porsche Studio Singapore and the surrounding Guoco Midtown precinct as part of its global “75 Years of Porsche Motorsport” campaign.
The festival brings rich motorsport history directly into the city center, featuring iconic competition machinery like the legendary 1971 Porsche 917 KH alongside interactive racing simulators and public displays. The event also marks the official Southeast Asian debut of the new 911 Challenge, Porsche’s latest customer racing vehicle engineered specifically for privateer motorsport teams across the region.
Coinciding with the festivities, Porsche officialized a major milestone for its upcoming flagship project in the region: the Porsche Experience Centre Singapore (PEC Singapore). First announced in 2024 and set to open in Changi in 2027, the company officially launched PEC Singapore’s digital booking platform today, enabling enthusiasts and prospective drivers to reserve track time and driving experience packages starting April 2027, well ahead of the venue’s formal grand opening.
Conceived from the ground up as a premier destination for the region, PEC Singapore will become the 11th Porsche Experience Centre worldwide and the very first facility tailored specifically to serve Southeast Asia. Designed to appeal to die-hard enthusiasts, lifestyle visitors, and families alike, the destination seamlessly blends high-performance driving with fine dining, hospitality, cultural exhibitions, and curated community spaces within a single destination.

At the core of the Changi facility is a purpose-built, two-kilometer handling circuit featuring 18 technical turns. Under professional instructor guidance, drivers will be able to push Porsche’s performance sports car lineup to speeds reaching 200 km/h and experience cornering forces of up to 1.4 Gs in a safe, controlled environment. Beyond high-speed dynamic driving, the facility’s track programs emphasize driver development, advanced vehicle control, emergency evasive maneuvers, and comprehensive road safety training.
The surrounding complex is designed as a multi-faceted lifestyle destination. Visitors will have access to premium dining venues, interactive driving simulators, a dedicated kids’ play area, changing heritage exhibits, and public gathering spaces that make the brand accessible to every visitor.
The facility will also reshape the brand’s local ownership experience. Starting January 1, 2027, every new Porsche registered in Singapore through Porsche Singapore will include complimentary track sessions at PEC Singapore, allowing owners to safely explore the capabilities of their vehicles on track.
Furthermore, the venue will operate as a centralized ownership hub—housing new vehicle deliveries, specialized after-sales servicing, Porsche Approved pre-owned sales, and brand community events under one comprehensive, state-of-the-art roof.
